MEDIA APPLICATION

Thank you for your interest in a Media badge for Alamo City Comic Con 2024! Please read the following terms before submitting an application.

Terms & Conditions: 

• Journalists/Photographers must be over the age of 18 to apply. 

• Full access to panels, seminars, and celebrity guests may not be granted due to capacity and scheduling.

• Those granted media badges may not use these for personal use or financial gain and should adhere to professionalism throughout the con.

• Teams do not need to submit an application per person. Instead, submit 1 application per team. Teams are limited to 4 members on the application.

• Requests for accreditation will only be considered if submitted via the official online application form. Application requests sent by email WILL NOT be accepted. Walk-up requests will not be granted.

Expectations of Media Outlets:

Media badges are for media outlets who provide significant exposure for Alamo City Comic Con, preferably in national, regional, or genre exposure. Media outlets are REQUIRED to  submit copies of ACCC advance coverage to the ACCC Media Relations team by the date of the convention in order to receive their badge.

Alamo City Comic Con reserves the right to approve or deny accreditation. The decision is final and cannot be appealed.
Audio, Photography and Videography Policy. All audio, video, and photography is property of Alamo City Comic Con and can be used by the request of Alamo City Comic Con.  Alamo City Comic Con reserves the right to change or modify any policy or rule at any time and without notice.
