Thank you for your interest in a Media badge for Alamo City Comic Con! Please read the following terms before submitting an application.
Journalists/photographers over the age of 17 may apply for a complimentary Media Badge that provides:
• Exhibit Hall access to Alamo City Comic Con during hours open to the public.
• Limited access to seminars and panels based on capacity.
Media badges are for media outlets who provide significant exposure for Alamo City Comic Con, preferably in national, regional, or genre exposure.
Media outlets are REQUIRED to a) submit copies of ACCC advance coverage to the ACCC Media Relations team by the date of the convention in order to receive their badge; AND/OR b) re-post official ACCC media content (i.e. YouTube clips, social media posts, etc).
Teams do not need to submit an application per person. Instead, submit 1 application per team. Teams are limited to 4 members on the application.
Requests for accreditation will only be considered if submitted via the official online application form. Application requests sent by email WILL NOT be accepted.
Walk-up requests will not be granted.
Alamo City Comic Con reserves the right to approve or deny accreditation. The decision is final and cannot be appealed.
Audio, Photography and Videography Policy
All audio, video, and photography is property of Alamo City Comic Con and can be used by the request of Alamo City Comic Con.
Alamo City Comic Con reserves the right to change or modify any policy or rule at any time and without notice.
